- Brand voice, writing samples, keywords, competitors, and other strategic information you provide to the platform
- Posts, drafts, ideas, and revisions you create through the platform
- Payment information for subscription purchases (processed by our payment provider)
- Team member information (name, email, assigned role) when invited
- OAuth credentials and API keys you authorize for third-party integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, large-language-model providers)
- Any voluntarily provided additional information
Automatic collection includes:
- IP address, browser type, and pages viewed to improve the Service and understand site usage patterns
- Aggregated performance metrics for posts you publish via integrated analytics connections
How We Use Your Information
The platform uses collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Blogtap platform
- Generate, analyze, and refine content drafts, keyword strategies, and performance reports on your behalf

Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer personal information to third parties except to provide services (payment processing, email delivery, cloud hosting, large-language-model inference) or when required by law. Service providers are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.
Team members invited to your account receive access to project content and brand data based on their assigned role.
AI Processing
To generate content and reports, the platform sends prompts that may include your brand voice, keywords, writing samples, competitor information, and analytics data to large-language-model providers acting as processors on our behalf. These providers are contractually prohibited from training their models on your data and from retaining your inputs beyond what is required to deliver the response.
Cookies
The platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for site activity tracking and login sessions. Browser settings can refuse all cookies, but some platform features may not function properly without them.
Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of API keys and OAuth tokens at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Data Retention
Account and project data are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion request, personal data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal obligations requiring record retention.

Children's Privacy
